厄瓜多尔筑梦基金会 （Fundación Construyamos Un Sueño）
安迪读书基金北美分部在2019年春季踏上了前往厄瓜多尔的旅程。
在这次义工行动中，我们与厄瓜多尔筑梦基金会 （Fundación Construyamos Un Sueño）达成了战略伙伴关系，从今年开始，由安迪读书基金负责为其招募全球志愿者。
The Andy Reading Fund North America branch set foot on a journey to Ecuador in the spring of 2019. In this volunteer operation, we entered into a strategic partnership with Fundación Construyamos Un Sueño. Since this year, the Andy Reading Fund has been assisting in recruiting global volunteers.
筑梦基金会是厄瓜多尔最有影响力的慈善组织之一，旗下拥有儿童发展中心，残障人士专业服务团队，公益养老院，年服务超过3000人，多次获得当地政府奖项。
The Foundation is one of the most influential charitable organizations in Ecuador. It has a Child Development Center, a professional service team for the disabled, and a public welfare home. It serves more than 3,000 people a year and has won local government awards.
本次安迪读书基金在厄瓜多尔为当地学生设立了奖学金。在本次志愿者之行中，安迪读书基金成员亲身参与到了厄瓜多尔筑梦基金会日常工作中。读书基金成员跟随专业的教师团队深入厄瓜多尔最贫困的山区体验他们的日常生活。
The Andy Reading Fund has established a scholarship for local students in Ecuador to fund students to attend school. During this volunteer trip, members of the Andy Reading Fund participated in the daily work of the Ecuador Dream Foundation. The members follow a professional team of teachers to experience their daily lives in the poorest mountainous areas of Ecuador.
创始人Maria还邀请我们可以在第二年带上自己的慈善项目规划再次回到厄瓜多尔，与筑梦基金会合作，共同为当地的老人和孩子创造一个更美好的未来!
The founder Maria also invited us to bring back our own charity project plan in the second year and return to Ecuador to work with the Dream Foundation to create a better future for the local elderly and children!
